GENERAL

Jungle Sevens operates a Challenge 25 Policy for entry and consumption of alcohol. If you look under 25, you will be required to prove that you are over 18. Please ensure that you have valid photo ID.

Any persons under the age of 18 are admitted free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21, and must be offsite by 18:00. A maximum of 2 under 18s per adult.

Last entry to the Festival is 8pm.

Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change or withdrawn without prior notice.

No trading or promotional activities are allowed within the venue without the prior consent of Jungle Sevens.

No unauthorised vehicles will be allowed anywhere on site.

You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by us and/or Event staff, security, stewards and sports officials.
PROHIBITED ITEMS

No pets, sound systems, glass bottles, open fires, generators or tin foil barbecues are allowed on site. If you would like to come with someone who needs a guide dog, please get in touch with us.

No weapons or fireworks are allowed on site at any time.

Jungle Sevens has a strict no drugs policy. No drugs are allowed on site and all visitors may be subject to a bag and clothing search by registered security staff to ensure this is enforced.

No sky lanterns.

TICKET PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Lost, stolen, or damaged Tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes. Any such resale or transfer may result in the Ticket being voided without refund.

Teams that cannot field a team, may roll their team entry to the following year with a minimum of two weeks notice.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION & SMOKING

Customers will be required to show their wristband when purchasing alcohol and, if deemed necessary by the bar staff, they may need to show ID.

Customers are not permitted to bring their own alcohol on site, it can be purchased from the festival bars.

No glass, including glass bottles are allowed on site.

Smoking will only be permitted in designated areas and we ask that all smoking is kept strictly to these areas. You will be asked to move if smoking outside of these areas.

No vaping inside buildings or structures.
PHOTOGRAPHING, FILMING & RECORDING

No unauthorised recordings of the event are permitted.

Cameras for personal use are allowed.

By attending the festival, attendees give permission for their image to be included without compensation in pictures, films, audio broadcasts or transmissions, as members of the “audience”.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ticket holders enter the site at their own risk.

Jungle Sevens accepts no liability for the loss or damage of vehicles, goods or other materials belonging to guests and crew attending Jungle 7s 2023.
NOTIFICATIONS OF CHANGES

Jungle Sevens reserves the right to make alterations to the published line-up and scheduled programme of events. Any required changes will not entitle ticket holders to any refund or reduction in prices.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Tropic Nation Limited is a controller responsible for your personal data.

We collect and process your personal data when you purchase a ticket from us and / or have a ticket allocated to you via our ticketing partner, TicketPass and where team organisers provide information to us about team members.

We may collect, use and store the following personal data about you: name, billing address, email address, telephone number. Your payment details will also be used by third party payment providers during the online ticket purchase process.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it, which includes: (i) to process and deliver your ticket order, (ii) to pursue our legitimate interests in properly administering and staging the Festival, and (iii) to manage your relationship with us including communicating with you about the Festival and our partners, obtaining feedback and promoting future events.

We may share your personal data with external third parties such as our ticketing partner, TicketPass, and contractors assisting with Festival administration in order to meet the purposes outlined above.
By purchasing or using Tickets for the Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
